L1 Network Analyst/Desktop Support
Unicom Solutions Group, seeks an experienced Network Analyst. If you thrive in a very dynamic work environment and enjoy working closely with people, this is the position for you. You will partake in Network design, maintenance, and management of a wide range of LAN/WAN systems.
Your passion for Systems Administration will be recognized. Your experience in administering dynamic customer networks and providing top-notch help desk and customer service will be rewarded. Your communications skills will permit you to interact with all levels of technologically skilled individuals. You will be allowed to demonstrate your superior diagnostic and trouble-shooting skills, your dependability, your professionalism and team player attitude.
The work schedule is Monday-Friday 9-5 with occasional non-standard hours and on-call as needed during weekends. You will be based out of our Mountainside facility, however this position does require travel to client sites within the area and a car along with a valid driver’s license is a must.
You will utilize the following broad technical skills daily:
- Desktop/MAC Administration
- Symantec Backup Exec Job Management
- Symantec EndPoint Protection Anti-virus software
- Network Printers
- Network User/Domain administration (Light Duty)
You will utilize the following broad non-technical skills daily:
- Coordinating & managing tasks and schedules
- Translating technical mumbo-jumbo to client-speak
- Offering clients peace of mind and comfort
